Message	and what you describe is how it works. The wastegate is not very big, and if you've got the divider in your downpipes still there is restriction downstream from the wastegate. During long pulls, longer than a dyno run, it is possible that the flow through the wastegate wiiill saturate and the exhaust has no choice but to go through the turbine. It sounds like your boost controller may not be hooked up correctly though, as it should be able to rraise boost quite a bit. -Dan VTC Solenoid Caps and install instructions.
